Quick Twist Valve

The valve permanently replaces your oil drain plug. You will change your oil one last time, then install the Quick Twist Valve. Then you will have a lifetime of easier oil changes!

We believe our valve is the safest on the market. It is not operated by the use of a lever, which could become opened during vehicle operation. And our valve doesn’t protrude far from the oil pan, which could pose a problem for low clearance vehicles. It has an added safety feature of a steel cap with an imbedded rubber plug for leak protection.

When it's time to change your oil, first remove the dust cap. Insert the valve actuator into the device by rotating clockwise. The tipped member on the actuator pushes upward on a check ball, releasing the flow of oil. The inner chamber is cored to the maximum diameter, leading to the quickest oil change.

The valve body is machined from 304 Stainless Steel. The rubber seals are Viton O-Rings (-40°F to 392°F), specifically designed for hydraulic fluids. And the vinyl drain hose is heat resistant.

Although we source raw components from around the world, the valve is made right here in the USA. We are a proudly veteran-owned company. Our headquarters is in Houston, Texas.

Yes, in fact we encourage you to do so. Draining the oil hot leads to a quicker oil change and greater likelihood of removing all metal contaminants.

No, the valve is designed to sit flush with the inside of the pan, thereby releasing all the oil

Because there are so many factors to consider in providing a torque value (oil pan material, presence of oil, torque wrench calibration), we recommend a good snug fit.
